Terms and Conditions for Online Booking Request and SMS Opt-In

Introduction By submitting a booking request through Valkyrie Tattoo LLC's online form and opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a booking request and receive a tattoo. Proof of age will be required at the time of your appointment.

Booking Request Submission

Your submission of the booking request form does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are subject to artist availability and will be confirmed by the shop.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your desired tattoo. Misrepresentation may result in the refusal of service.

SMS Opt-In

By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Valkyrie Tattoo LLC regarding your booking and other related information.
Standard text messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP."

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit estimated at 30% of the entire session cost is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your tattoo.
Sessions are estimated based on the amount of time the tattoo work will take.
If you cancel your appointment with 48 hours or more notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or sometimes refunded at the shop's discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Design Changes and Cancellations

Any design changes must be communicated and approved at least [number of days] days before the appointment. Significant changes may require rescheduling and/or an adjusted deposit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

Health and Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the tattooing process. Valkyrie Tattoo LLC reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns.
Follow all aftercare instructions provided by Valkyrie Tattoo LLC. Failure to comply with aftercare instructions may compromise the quality of your tattoo.

Your personal identifiable information will be used solely for the purpose of booking your appointment and communication regarding your tattoo. Valkyrie Tattoo LLC is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Rights to Tattoo Images

Valkyrie Tattoo LLC reserves the right to photograph your tattoo for portfolio and promotional purposes. Personal identification will not be disclosed without your consent.

Liability Waiver

By agreeing to these terms, you release Valkyrie Tattoo LLC and its artists from all liabilities for any injury or harm resulting from the tattooing process, except due to negligence or misconduct by the shop or its staff.

Amendments

Valkyrie Tattoo LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of these changes.
